What You'll Do
As our Creative Head, you’ll lead the creative vision for AssessPrep, ensuring our visual identity is compelling, consistent, and cutting-edge. Your responsibilities will include:
Design Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation of eye-catching graphics for digital and print marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.
Develop Standees and Exhibition Materials: Design attractive and informative standees, posters, and booth materials for educational conferences and events.
Create Brand Assets: Lead the design of logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that reinforce our brand identity across all touchpoints.
Produce Infographics and Data Visualizations: Transform complex data and information into clear, engaging visual representations.
Support UI/UX Design: Collaborate on creating visually appealing interfaces for our platform, ensuring consistency with our overall brand aesthetic.
Lead Creative Direction: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design cohesion and effectiveness across all projects.
A Typical Week:
Oversee the design of a new brochure showcasing AssessPrep's key features for an upcoming educational conference.
Guide the creation of a series of social media graphics for a marketing campaign targeting international schools.
Develop a standee design for use at a K-12 education trade show.
Lead the production of an infographic illustrating the impact of AssessPrep on student assessment outcomes.
Review and approve a new feature interface for the AssessPrep platform, considering user experience and accessibility.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming marketing initiatives and product enhancements.

What We're Looking For
Exceptional Design Skills: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually stunning marketing materials, standees, and brand assets.
Design Expertise: 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing collateral and brand identity.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
Understanding of Print and Digital Design: Experience in designing for various mediums and understanding the nuances of each.
Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Ability to create designs that are not just beautiful but also user-friendly and intuitive.
Passion for Education Technology: Genuine excitement about the power of technology to transform education and a desire to contribute to our mission.
Strong Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating ideas into visual concepts.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
